Additional Shows announced
Wow! What a start to the Festival. On day one of public sales we sold out six shows and by the end of the first week 12 shows had sold out.
Due to this huge demand and long waitlists, we are delighted to announce extra performances of some of the most popular shows as follows:-
· Le Sud on Monday 4 May at 7pm at the Lake Wanaka Centre
· Tale of a Dog on Thursday 30 April at 11am at the Lake Wanaka Centre
· The Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra on Thursday 30 April at 7pm at Luggate Memorial Hall.
· Plus three additional screenings of Grahame Sydney’s film, Dreaming of El Dorado: The Old Dunstan Road are scheduled for 10am on Wednesday 29, Thursday 30 April and Friday 1 May at Cinema Paradiso.
Waiting lists have been in place for all of these shows and those people will be contacted first prior to public sales being made available on Monday 9 March at 8.30am at the Lake Wanaka i-SITE and on-line at www.festivalofcolour.co.nz.

Finders Keepers |
There are still tickets available to many fabulous shows. Two of our world premieres – Mike Nock’s Southern Suite and Raewyn Hills’ Finders Keepers still have tickets available at the Lake Wanaka Centre. And there is still the option of seeing Le Sud in Clyde on 29 April.

In the Infinity Crystal Palace, SJD will make for a great Friday night out for 1 May. Sean James Donnelly
So go and try something different - at only $10 for advance sales for many daytime shows, the Late Night Club and Aspiring Conversations, you can easily try something you might not normally go and see.
Touring Venues
Many of the touring shows still have seats – check out the website for what is playing near you. Go and see some of our wonderful local halls and experience the festival atmosphere in our smaller communities.
